NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Wythe County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider repealing Wythe County Ordinance 1984-7 titled, “Fence Ordinance of Wythe County, Virginia”. The Board of Supervisors will hear comments from citizens concerning repealing the current ordinance.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at 9:05 a.m. in the Board Room of the Wythe County Administration Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia.

A copy of the existing ordinance is on file in the County Administrator's Office, located at 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia for the public to review.
